We have two studios, Hot & Not Hot.
Hot offers Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga 7 days a week. The dynamic Hot Power Vinyasa flow provides practitioners the opportunity to connect deeply within, while strengthening and nurturing the body. The Hot studio is heated to ninety-five degrees w/ 60% humidity, allowing the integration of sweat, strength and spirit to detoxify and rejuvenate the body.
Not Hot offers Vinyasa, Anusara-Inspired™, Ashtanga-Inspired, Iyengar-Inpired, Restorative Vinyasa as well as Yin Yoga & Meditation 7 Days a week.
At Garden State Yoga, you can expect to feel safe, encouraged, and empowered. We seek to create a sanctuary, offering students space to explore a process that will lead to freedom, awareness, growth, and ultimately joy.
