The CT Energy Efficiency Fund will present it's Home Energy Solutions(HES) Program, which is an innovative solution to reducing your home's energy bills throught a variety of energy efficiency measures. The discussion will include HES-IE a free service for income eligible residents. Households may also qualifhy for insulation, and energy efficient appliances, including refrigerators.
