Brooklyn, New York – August 24, 2011 – Juniper Galaxy, a unique concept in store-level fashion flash sales, will be hosting a garden reception tomorrow featuring two young, up-and-coming children’s wear designers. Lorraine Le Trac and Lisa Kamouse will meet customers, show their lines and answer questions over refreshments in the courtyard of the Bond Street store. The event marks the start of a three day sale which will feature Bobinette, Saurette and Petites Mains collections at wholesale prices.
"We are pleased to welcome Lorraine and Lisa to our store, and give customers the chance to meet them,” said Juniper Galaxy owner Sine Hjort. “There has been so much discussion about production and fabrics; these lines are designed and produced locally, right here in New York and New Jersey. The designers do this while helping to meet the demand for sophisticated children's wear at reasonable prices.”
Drawing from her Parisian roots, Lorraine Le Tac incorporates a romantic simplicity into Bobinette, her collection for boys. Lisa Kamouse spent close to 20 years in the fashion Industry. She saw the need for more sophisticated children's wear and created Saurette for girls. Lorraine and Lisa now bring their collections to Juniper Galaxy; offering the ultimate in children's wear shopping experience.
"I think these collections capture all of the happy moments of childhood; to be active and comfortable and yet also a little bit sophisticated," explained Sine Hjort. “Our reception will help the designers present their stock to Juniper Galaxy customers at wholesale prices and give parents the chance to learn more about them.”
