Join yoga instructor Brittani Kelly (BK) for Nature Yoga sessions on Sundays from 10 - 11 a.m. Discover healthy living for people and wildlife together—these unique sessions will bring attention to what is happening in nature around us and the health of the environment, while we develop techniques in yoga and wellness.
These yoga sessions will be offered throughout the year, using both indoor and outdoor spaces. You may attend any number of sessions. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, but we will also have mats available to borrow.
