She holds a degree in advertising with an emphasis in marketing from Southern Methodist University. In 2005, Julie entered the real estate industry as a licensed salesperson and most recently obtained her broker’s license. Her expertise in negotiating price and terms of a transaction and her ability to bring the two parties together are the trademarks of her business.Charles Hilton, is Darien’s own award winning architect who has designed hundreds of homes and estates across the country over the past 33 years. Although the firm’s work stretches from coast to coast, its focus continues to be beautifully crafted residences in Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. As an architect, Charles is committed to designing imaginative buildings that delight and inspire, and to creating a humanistic architecture that embodies the aspirations of his clients. Charles' work has been featured in more than 100 regional and national publications focusing on such topics as traditional residential design, waterfront houses, green design and historic preservation. Charles has also been the recipient of over 75 design awards from organizations such as the AIA, the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art. He is also a member of the New England Design Hall of Fame and a Top 50 Coastal Architect. As Charles and his team move into 2021 they are focused on smart building by incorporating new technologies that families are looking for.As principal of Fiona Leonard Interiors, Fiona Leonard creates spaces that build simplicity and beauty around everyday life. Cultivated over 20 years of experience, her approach is to pare back each client’s desired aesthetic to its most essential form, then develop it through layered, livable selections. With palette, textiles, art, and objects that are consistently elevated and edited, she reflects a homeowner’s truest aspirations with finished designs that inspire a sense of place.David Genovese founded Baywater Properties in 2001, following a 12-year career in real estate investment banking in New York and London. David has served as a member of the Board of Overseers of Colby College, and as a board member of the Darien Technology and Community Foundation, the Darien YMCA, the Darien Historical Society, and Darien Revitalization, Inc. In 2007, David was named as one of the "40 under 40" business leaders in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
