Starting your Herb garden isn’t as overwhelming as you may think. In fact, spending time in a medicinal herb garden is healing by its very existence. The right herbal “Superstars” can treat common issues like colds and flu, inflammation, and a host of other complaints.
The Grounded Goodwife is composed of Mother/Daughter duo Velya Urban Jancz, historian, and Ehris Urban, herbalist.
