Donna The Buffalo @ Fairfield Theatre: Stage One

With nobody in the band actually named Donna, the "buffalo" part of their name says it all. Injecting biting social commentary into their powerful folky mountain music, DTB cannot be stopped. Playing a magnetic rootsy mix of Zydeco, folk, Cajun, reggae and country rock for more than 21 years on the road, DTB has amassed a tight fan base, or "herd," which follows them wherever they go.
