An basketball player at Vanderbilt, Carolyn Peck coached Purdue to the 1999 NCAA Women’s Basketball title – the first African-American women to do so. She was named Coach of the Year following that campaign, and served as head coach/GM of the Orlando Miracle (WNBA) franchise. Peck has served as an ESPN basketball analyst since 2001. She will be in Rosenthal Library, Room 230, from 5-7 p.m. Attendees must RSVP to ginna.neira@qc.cuny.edu no later than Feb. 3 in order to secure a seat.
