This series is designed to safely and comfortably introduce beginner students to Yoga. We will explore pranayama (breathing practices) asanas (poses) and how our Yoga practice prepares the mind to attune to a higher level of being.
This series will leave you feeling confident to attend our scheduled classes knowing your basics and how to have a safe and meaningful Yoga practice.
This 4 week series begins the first Sunday of every month, class held Sundays, 10:30 - 11:45am
