Kaia Yoga

Founded in 2003 by husband and wife Gina Norman and Stan Woodman, The Kaia Yoga Complete Wellness Centers offer a wide range of yoga styles, from family, kids and Mommy and Me classes to free meditation classes, prenatal yoga to advanced hot vinyasa workshops and all-organic cafes. The studios host various retreats and yoga certification training programs throughout the year.
