The Northern New Jersey and Rockland County Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will host their 10th annual Dream Gala in support of finding a cure for type 1 diabetes. The 1970’s “Hustle to the Cure” themed gala will be an evening of fundraising and celebration with disco dancing, cocktails and dinner.
Governor and Mrs. Brendan Byrne will be honored as the 2012 Family of the Year. Linda Tharby, president, BD Medical-Diabetes Care, will be honored as the 2012 Woman of the year.
