AquarianYoga Center

AquarianYoga Center is the first Kundalini Yoga Center in New Jersey. Located at 641 Bloomfield Avenue in lively, yoga-friendly Montclair, AquarianYoga Center is the place in New Jersey to practice and explore Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga, often called “The Yoga of Awareness,” combines asana, music, mantra, pranayam, and meditation in a beautiful practice open to all levels. Founder & Director Akalsukh Singh, a K.R.I. (Kundalini Research Institute) certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, will be offering a range of classes. Certified Kundalini yoga teachers as well as other master teachers representing a variety of traditions will offer classes seven days a week to all ages including children and teens.
As we move from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age, AquarianYoga Center will offer a spiritual home; the Center will serve as a comfortable place to convene, study, grow and connect. Upcoming AquarianYoga Center plans include:
• Kundalini Yoga classes seven days a week, morning until evening.
• Prenatal yoga and yoga classes for children.
• Other distinct yoga styles led by master teachers.
• International Aquarian Teacher Training Level One in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
• Yoga Teacher Training for parents, educators, psychologists, etc interested in offering creative, fun and yoga-oriented activities for children ages 3-12.
• Yoga for Youth program will be developed to support, guide and assist our teenagers.
• Full- and half-day workshops and events most weekends, e.g. kirtans, concerts, lectures, film viewings, etc.
• Yogi Tea Café - a cozy, artsy space for reading, visiting with friends, listening to music, watching an inspiring documentary; offering plenty of Yogi Tea, fresh smoothies, and healthy organic fare. Poetry, book signing and art from local and international artists on a rotating basis.
• Bookstore with Kundalini Yoga and other inspiring books, Kundalini music, yoga clothes, essential oils, and more.
