We covered the whole city in about 6 hours - minus the tourist traps (Little Italy, etc.). I've been to New York several times, but this was my ten-year-old nephew's first trip to New York and we had only a few days available. I decided that a tour would give him the best overview. I'm usually an independent traveler and suspicious of tours and tourist traps. This tour exceeded all expectations. Fred is an excellent guide with a wide expertise. I was especially impressed with his knowledge of art and architecture. We toured with eight women on a shopping trip. Fred was able to keep everyone happy, despite divergent interests.
