Dixwell-Newhallville Senior Center

The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund will be present at the Dixwell-Newhallville Senior Fair. Presenters will be on hand to educate and answer questions regarding the Home Energy Solution, Income-Eligible program (HES-IE) program. This program provides measures to help residents reduce their energy bills by making their homes for Energy Efficient. Some residents may qualify for insulation and appliances.
