Training of Trainers: Building Your Group Facilitation Skills

This day-and-a-half training of trainers will address the fundamentals of group facilitation & provide opportunities to improve your skills & learn from other professionals’ diverse styles. Day one (a full day) will focus on group and communication dynamics & addressing challenging group participants. Day two (a half day) will be devoted to practicing facilitation skills. There will be a special focus on the unique aspects of working with adolescents on reproductive & sexual health issues.
