Commemorate Black History Month by traveling the Underground Railroad through the eyes of artist Algernon Miller as he discusses the inspiration behind his design of the newly-dedicated monument at Frederick Douglass Memorial Circle. Dress warmly to walk to the site for a tour after his presentation.
