\<b\>1. Moving Back to Vertical in FI®\</b\> with Robert Cowie and Andrew Gibbons
In \<i\>FI\</i\>, we introduce new possibilities to clients as they lie on a table. But how do we help them maintain these changes as they transition to sitting? In this workshop you'll learn and practice a reliable technique for moving clients back to vertical smoothly.

\<b\>3. A for Effort: Creating Exercises Requiring Effort\</b\> with Andrew Carter
Our work most often involves movement with ease; but some actions require significant muscular effort to be successful. This workshop provides a fun structure to practice generating physical exercises using our understanding of \<i\>ATM\</i\> and \<i\>FI\</i\> movement techniques.
(Open to Practitioners and Trainees)
\<b\>4. Completing the Pattern—Moving Beyond The Template\</b\> with Karen Donelson
As we strive to help our students see their whole self in movement, are we clear about how that "whole system" works? This workshop, through a combination of didactic and exploratory learning will evolve your understanding of human movement so that you can create more effective and relevant lessons.
(Open to Practitioners)

\<b\>6. Clarity, Variety and Simplicity in \<i\>FI\</i\>\</b\> with Kevin Creedon and Jean Strybos Fung
Variety in \<i\>FI\</i\> is important but too much can obscure the focus of a lesson. In this workshop, you'll learn how to increase variety and improve clarity without changing your position, your student's position, or how you are moving them.
(Open to Practitioners)
\<b\>7. Dancing with Moshe and Luigi\</b\> with Donna Gianell
Learn how to dance in standing, sitting and reclining. A fun application of the Method to the Luigi Jazz Dance technique, which is famous for helping many regain movement after injuries. No dance experience necessary.

\<b\>8. Flexors, Extensors and The Gravity Factor\</b\> with Cathy Paine
When do extensor muscles cause flexion instead of extension? If muscles can't push, what are they doing when we are pushing? And what does gravity have to do with it? If you want to know, this is the workshop for you! (Open to Practitioners and Trainees)
\<b\>4:15 to 5:00: Closing Workshop\</b\>
