Defining Your Community This session will address common challenges with Community Strategy. It will provide best practices to define the need, purpose, and approach behind a customer-centered community. Topics include how to determine your brand's community type, how to Id and set community building goals, understanding who your business serves, and defining decision makers for your business opportunities.
Branding Within Your Community A solid and consistent brand for your business is crucial to keeping your community efforts valuable to customers. This session will dissect the various considerations needed to develop your brand while offering tips to organize and present a brand effectively online. Topics include differentiation and positioning, brand voice and visuals, and workarounds on online platforms.
Distributing Your Message and Content Content is key to maintaining and enhancing an online community. This session will examine the various tools and distribution methods available in this rapidly evolving environment. The segment will cover social media tools, emerging communities outside of scope, content choices and virality, sharing tools, and more.
Content Creation for Communities How do you decide which information to present to a community? This session will teach community managers how to develop original content on widely-discussed topics. Topics include content planning, audience listening, content repurposing v. content creation, segmenting content mediums, and mapping distribution flow.
Defining Metrics and Analytics for Your Community Effort Wondering how to gauge your community efforts after they're implemented? This session will introduce the wide range of tools and data that can be used to determine metrics and keep your strategies aligned with your latest business goals. Topics include metrics for traffic and engagement, influence and stickiness, and analysis of bigger-picture goals, including sales, lead generation, and brand equity.
