NYCHG Off Flavor Class

This will kick off our the New York City Homebrewers Guild's new secondary meeting, tentatively called the Fermentation Study Group. This month we'll be testing our palates with off flavors, focusing on beer but relating to other beverages as well. We'll discuss what causes off-flavors, how to prevent \& fix them and more.
