So you can't figure out where you or your business is going. You can't come up with a plan of what to do first, when do it and how. You have a hundred ideas but you're not sure where to start.
This class will help you focus on the simple things that can change the goal setting life for you or your company. You'll learn how things like the fear of success, the circles you keep, perfectionism, busy work, over thinking and lack of social accountability are large hurdles holding you back.
You'll learn how mini goals, mindsets, habits, less analysis, closing the circle and action triggers can help you tremendously. Most importantly, you'll learn that you can't trust your conscious brain to steer your ship.
Bassam Tarazi is the creator of a motivational framework (called Colipera) which utilizes the notion: collective inspiration + personal accountability; Together, be better. Bassam conducts goal setting classes, corporate & group Colipera sessions and 1-on-1 coaching. Bassam has been to 43 countries, has worked as a nuclear engineer at Pearl Harbor, holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and a Green MBA, is a Leed Ap, a certified Carbon Reduction Manager and is currently the Director of Operations for Omnibuild, a NY construction management firm. He is also a co-founder of the Brooklyn-based Nomading Film Festival, a film festival aimed at travelers who film their journeys.
