A Wrinkle in Time 50th Anniversary Celebration

This is planned to be the official national event celebrating the anniversary, with a simulcast to bookstores around the nation. An all-star cast of writers and actors, including Rebecca Stead (When You Reach Me), Katherine Paterson (Bridge to Terabithia), Lois Lowry (The Giver), and R.L. Stine will read from and discuss the 1962 Newbery Medal-winning classic by Madeleine L’Engle. NYPL Children's Librarian and Fuse #8 blogger Betsy Bir moderates. Actress Jane Curtin will read from the book.
