CI3 Impact Investing Forum: A Focus on Affordable Housing

CI3 would like to invite you to the housing panel of its Spring Impact Investing Forum, which will take place on February 14, 2012 from 6:30pm to 8pm. The panel will cover the status of Impact Investing in the housing sector and its potential to foster socioeconomic and environmental sustainability. To ensure a balanced and insightful discussion, the panel will be composed of a social entrepreneur, an impact investor and an industry expert. A Columbia University faculty member will moderate the event. The first half will be dedicated to a discussion between the speakers, which will be followed by exchange of views with the audience. The conversation will cover the following topics: introduction to the sector, opportunities and challenges, policy and regulatory issues, investment process, impact measurement and profitability.
