A live chamber music concert featuring music of Debussy, interwoven with a theatrical performance about Rimbaud and Verlaine.
Rimbaud, the enfant terrible of French poetry, was an outrageously precocious adolescent when he met Verlaine and embarked on a destructive love affair of dangerous intensity. Only 20 years old when he ended his brief career as a poet, he produced works that altered modern poetry. Music by Debussy, who considered himself to be Verlaine's aesthetic soul-mate.
