Incident Writing Workshop

Many of AllSector's clients are now asking for reports to see not only how much time is being spent on issues at their sites but also to see what types of issues are coming in and who's calling on a regular basis. Right now we’re going through the reports manually and editing them but as this takes off and more reports are generated, we'll need everyone to pitch in to provide more accurate and "client-friendly" descriptions of issues and resolutions for the reports.
