Bone Lick Park Barbecue Restaurant is one of New York City's original and foremost wood pit barbecue restaurants and was recently voted "Best BBQ in New York City" by City's Best for 2010. Our food is authentic Southern BBQ cooked in a custom-built 1 ton, 12 foot hickory and fruit wood burning pit. The house specialties are Baby Back Ribs and Jumbo Beef Ribs,as well as Carolina styled Pulled Pork smoked at 220 degrees for over 14 hours...in other words, tender, juicy and delicious!
