Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now, Inc. (NEON), a private nonprofit organization, is a community action
agency serving the greater Norwalk area including New Canaan, Greenwich, Westport, Weston, Wilton and
Darien. Our mission is to reduce the conditions of poverty and to help low income families and residents to
become self sufficient through the delivery of direct program services and advocacy at the state, federal and
community level.
