Filmmaker Ralph Crowder III presents on his most recent production: "The Black Liberation Movement: Reflection in Time, History & Purpose, 1968-1975." The Freedom and Justice Series brings together filmmakers, scholars, civic leaders, and artists to promote the study of freedom and justice in American history. In celebration of Black History Month 2012, the series will examine race and the struggle for democracy in the 20th century. The series is sponsored by SUNY at Old Westbury.
