Aqua Zumba

Orange Park and Recreation, Orange CT, will be hosting AQUA ZUMBA Class in the High Plains Community Center 525 Orange Center Road led by Renay who is a licensed Aqua Zumba instructor. AQUA ZUMBA means move fast and have fun in the water. AQUA ZUMBA uses Latin and International music modified and adapted to the aquatic environment without losing the basic identity and flavor that makes a ZUMBA class so much fun on land. No swimming skills required. The Zumba craze is the new and exciting exercise program that everyone of all ages are enjoying.
