Palestinian Ayed Morrar did the impossible: He saved his village from destruction by Israel's Separation Barrier by uniting feuding Palestinian political groups (including Fatah and Hamas) and bringing women and Israelis into his nonviolent effort. While this dramatic documentary is about one Palestinian village defying Israeli tractors and tanks, it hints at a larger story about what ultimately may be possible in the Middle East.
