Executive leadership transition will increasingly affect nonprofits across the state as greater numbers of tenured executives plan their retirement, presenting leadership challenges and opportunities for organizations and the communities they serve. This workshop, "Introduction to Succession Planning" will provide nonprofit staff and Board members with a general understanding of the impact changes in leadership can present and tools to begin to effectively manage and pro-actively plan for executive leadership transition.
