ICL Milestone

Milestone is a 168-bed residence on the grounds of Creedmoor Psychiatric Center in Queens. The residence is comprised of 84 rooms with two residents per room. ICL Milestone provides independent living training to help residents gain skills that … [more]will enable them to live more independently including managing personal budgets, managing medications, managing symptoms, and using various transportation systems. The objective is to explore options and to independently solve problems that occur when making adjustments to new living arrangements. The residence supplies many therapeutic services including case management services, independent living skills groups, substance abuse intervention groups, symptom management groups, nursing services, rehabilitative arts groups, and discharge planning.
