Laurel Ridge Health Care, located at 642 Danbury Road (Route 7), is Ridgefield’s premiere medical and rehabilitation center that specializes in long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. Laurel Ridge provides a comprehensive program of care for a wide range of sub-acute medical and surgical conditions. For memory care, Laurel Ridge offers a secured memory unit for people with Alzheimer’s disease. Our team of health care specialists include nursing, physicians, rehabilitation, recreation, dietary and social service members who work together to care for the whole person: mind, body and spirit. Individualized treatment programs are tailored to each person, based on objectives identified by their physician and agreed upon by the patient and applicable family members.
