Recognizing an opportunity that stood silent for decades, Harbor Point (www.HarborPt.com) is an unprecedented vision of the Stamford waterfront. The project includes 6 million square feet of mixed-use development: 85 percent residential (4,000 residential units, 10 percent of which is affordable housing); 15 percent commercial, including office buildings, a grocery store, a waterfront hotel, restaurants and a full-service marina; more than 11 acres of parks and public space; a community school; and publicly accessible waterfront access.
