This program will address the steps you can take to protect your heart, including the early detection of disease and symptom recognition. Then we’ll have some fun and tug at your heartstrings by exploring creative ways to express the emotions of your heart through poetry, including Haiku and Cinquain. Come and discover this unique means of self-expression.
